Social Change Marketplace
Shop with a purpose this holiday season
The College of Arts & Sciences is excited to announce the 3rd Annual Social Change Marketplace that will be coming to Bryant University on December 7th, 2017. The event is held at Bryant University during the most wonderful time of the year, the event works much like an open market. Local social enterprises, who have missions that create positive, social impact, come to Bryant, and sell their incredible products. We believe in the good of giving, and shopping local.
Each year, the committee finds a number of local and global social enterprises and non-profits that are represented at the event. Many have returned each year and have products ranging from handmade jewelry to socks to chocolate and coffee. Each purchase made aids these organizations in continuation to complete the goals set out in their missions. Vendors include: Ivory Ella, Harvest Kitchen, Beautiful Day and Conscious Step, among many more.
Join the Social Change Marketplace Committee on December 6th at 2 pm and/or 6 pm to listen and meet the event kick off speakers!
Since the 2016 event, a Social Change Marketplace Committee has been formed to organize and coordinate the event. They have raised their sales goal this year and expect it to be bigger than previous years!
